Think back to the late 60s and 70s and a few images will decrease to mind, the Vietnam War, man on the moon, and for almost everybody the image of a assemblage of hippies somewhere in a field smoke a joint. The once hippies and marihuana users argon flat grown-ups with a mission, legalization of the medicate they once used to process them escape. I personaly feel that these people have good reason out behind their cause. Although I have not used the drug in almost a year I see with many of the ideas behind legalization.

The first fact that is making a strong impact on the views of not only myself solely also many other(a)s is the vast usage today. With numbers like this the case of marijuana prohibition is set-back to look like the alcohol prohibition of the 30s. America is displace nearly 700,000 people a year to prison for marijuana related crimes (Lowry, 2001). In a nation with as boastfully of an overcrowding problem as the USs it is amazing to me that 700,000 cells are tied up by people who are participating in a victimless crime like marijuana usage.

The limited effects of marijuana that are now being studied and brought to life are also s representationing people from their once strict stand on marijuana. Marijuana obviously has the ability to intoxicate and individual in the short...

There is definitely a lot more that could be tell about this subject as it quite a controversy. either I can say is this, unlike most other , is foudn naturally in plants...and doesnt have to be altered in order to have the effect its users or abusers, which ever way you look at it, want it to.


The ironic part is that so many people use , that trying to enforce measure laws is reaching the point of such futility that it isnt even funny.

You can not compare pot to cigarettes! Tobacco is NOT the same as hemp! Your arguments for legalizing marijuana are much like everything else Ive shew on the subject -- not convincing. Sorry.
