I chose to study Human alternative Management as a long term career for myself. Human resource management will immediately contribute to my career plans because I am currently planning to break a Ballroom Dance teacher. When I started Franklin University last social class I was 100% sure that I regarded to oeuvre in the human resource office at a hospital or NIPSCO, however, I recently fell upon this probability to use my leadership skills and my excellent learning skills and to help otherwise people feel confident in themselves and teach them to suffer variation. I believe that a bachelors decimal point from Franklin University evoke immediately help me with people skills and professionalism. I withal feel that in the long run this degree can help me to one day own my own studio apartment or run a successful dance studio.
When article of belief a dance lesson I feel as if I am giving back to people. I feel that I am letting them in on something that is really fun and exciting.



The joy that I feel for dancing leaks onto them and by the check of the dance lesson the person is merely as excited intimately dancing as I am. Dancing and any recitation release endorphins in the brain. Endorphins make people happy. I believe that when couples keep down into the studio to learn to dance they end up having a better day because of it, since they are happier when they leave. Sometimes we have got clients that are there to try and have better relationships with their spouses. Since they come in to dance together and learn something new together, this gives them the opportunity to have a new spark in their relationship. In the end I feel that these couples are happier then ones who just stay at home at night ceremonial television and not socializing with other people or each other.
