I live in Louisville, KY. The races we call for here ar basically White 72.7%, Black 20.8%, and 6.5% early(a) (Census 2010). Louisville is a very diverse city but we simulatet seem to fork over the racial problems some of the larger cities have. I am a white middle circle soul and live in a white middle-upper carve up neighborhood; there is no crime in my neighborhood. The person I interviewed is magic a metro police policeman who has been on the metro police de dispersement for 12 years. John is Hispanic and lives in a mostly white part of town. For the last six years John has exertioned in the due west end of Louisville which is the part with the most crime and poverty. Louisville as a whole does not have a plow of racial problems but about once a year something entrust pop up, usually about the police force or the jail system, and the media will have a field day for about a week then things simmer shore and everything goes back to normal.
I dont see more than racial tension in daily routine, Im in the Army and we just dont have any racial problems in my unit, we are a venial unit and animadvert of each other as family. John, on the other hand, sees racial tension every day hes at work.



John told me about how a lot of white people do not like beingness locked up by a Hispanic; he likewise said he only sees the different racial groups work together when they have a common enemy such as the police. John said he hasnt had to transmit with Asians much in his career, he stated hes never locked one up and has only given a ticket or two, he said he never really noticed but the Asian population in Louisville is very well behaved.
I dont infer the racial tensions or stereotyping of the races in Louisville hold anyone back. I guess the problem is that some people believe that they are what the boss says they are and thats what holds them back, the old saying goes whatever you think you are your right.
