Everyone have our own set of honorable motive on what is good, bad, and proper. In todays society it is essential to have estimable knowledge of understanding others ethical beliefs. Lives are enriched in moral philosophy as it relates to thought triggering ideologies, such as the similarities and differences between faithfulness theory, utilitarianism, and deontological studies. There are many ways to approach the aim of normative ethics. The most common are virtue ethics, deontological ethics, and utilitarianism.
The virtue theory according to Boylan (2009), virtue theory has a description of cultivating excellence in life and constituting an aspect of the good person. (Michael Boylan, 2009, p. 133). truth - based ethical theories focuses less on what rules one should abide by and focus more on building character, kindness, and generosity.
With good bequeath that this will guide one to making good life decisions. In todays society virtue ethics is not a usual topic; this theory dates back to the Greek thinkers and the oldest type of ethical theory in Western philosopher. Virtue ethics has its conflicts because ii people with virtue ethics may act or not to act the same to identical situations, which dictates inconsistent theories. For example, in the workplace as a manager and witnessing an employee making a mistake one manager may want to prepare the mistake although another manager may allow the employee to fall upon from his or her mistake.
