I consider that the Wall thoroughfare Crash was the most important reason for the increase in support for the Nazis. The Wall Street Crash occurred when the US computer storage market (Wall Street) crashed in 1929. It resulted in people to lose their impudence in investing. It also led to banks and businesses to lose a portion of money. One in four people became unemployed, that was 6 one million million people. Due to this economical disaster, the US recalled their loans to Germany, resulting in them to live in poverty. This was because Germany was too dependent and reliant on the US. It left Germany in a lot of trouble and they needed someone to help oneself them to find oneself out of it that someone was Hitler.
Hitlers strong leading helped him to gain the support of the German public. He influenced and manipulated the people of Germany to comprise them believe that he and his Nazi party could solve all their problems. He did this by identifying himself with the public; it gave them a new smack of hope. With his powerful and inspiring speeches, he managed to get the public to believe in his ambitious promises.



These promises included; solving Germanys economic problems, providing strong leadership, building an army and making Germany a slap-up country again. The promises were designed to appeal to everyone, they were very flexible in what they said and if a decision was unpopular, they would drop it. Therefore, the Wall Street Crash was the most important reason for Hitlers increase in support as the crash left Germany in need of a strong leader who would help Germany to belong strong and dependent once again this was a mail service that only Hitler could fill.
