The lines that he speaks are in resolution to the Kings request that Rosencrantz and Guildenstern take Hamlet to England immediately. The male monarch feels that Hamlet’s madness is a threat to him and tries to commute the men that it is a threat to the kingdom and that it would be in Hamlet’s best interest to go to England. During Rosencrantz lines he is in harmony with the King.
