Does twelfth Night fit the conventions of comic justness?

one-twelfth Night is a play written by William Shakespeare at around 1601-1602. Comic justice is an idea that characters either calculate more than they deserve or worse than they deserve. In comedies, they thump more than they deserve and in tragedies, they yield worse than they deserve. Twelfth night is a comedy but has signs of tragedy as well. In some cases, Twelfth Night fits the conventions of comic justice and in some cases does not. Even though some characters get worse than they deserve, it is portrayed in a comical instruction and does not seem as bad as it in truth is.
Malvolio is a character that goes against the conventions of comic justice because some characters cover him as abused. This shows that within a comedy thither are signs of tragedy as well. He was cruelly tricked although he tries hard to be the perfect steward. The word abused is a very strong word most the ill- treatment of a person and therefore Malvolio received much worse than he deserved. Sir Toby enjoys tormenting Malvolio and we know this from the phrase to fussiness him. The word anger suggests that Sir Toby wants to annoy him and mock him. It implies that his is unpopular with the other characters.



This essence he does not deserve what he gets because he is titillated due to the nature of his character and the way he acts. Although this is not his fault, sometimes he provokes them to torment him. He talks about Sir Tobys misdemeanours and tells him to am blockade his wrong doings and this annoys Sir Toby, then wanting revenge. He is locked in a dark way of life and people are convinced he is mad. This pith people are playing with his emotions and so he does not deserve what he gets. This gives us the impression that he does not fit the conventions of comic justice.
