1.1 Research Problem
The midlands state universitys fault wrap up system uses the manual system where students have to go to the work department to root what ever fault they might have. They willing fill a form and the report will be placed in a queue. At times it similarly takes time for a problem to be addressed to.
Aim of the research study
To have an online system where students can easily report a fault without going to the work and estates department. Students will log in to an online page where she/he will fill in details of the fault and the rooms affected.
