Health care is a major and constant tailor in the United States today, because of the expensive prices and patients are not commensurate to have access to health care because of the rising prices of health care. A form _or_ system of government is obligate due to the major needfully of affordable health care, to help solve any issues or concerns that may exist, and to make important decisions to help in improving the quality of life for the citizens in the United States. The constitution emergence consists of the many concerns and episodes that is needed so that a policy support be proposed to the Congress by the President and it is then up to the Congress to make all the final decisions as to whether or not the policy will be implemented or rejected. In order for a topic to be make a policy, there has to be a clear appreciation as to why the topic should be implemented or established and there must also be conformable outline of the issue and why the issue is such an issue. During the policy process there are many different things to ask before the final decision is made. In the policy make process there are three stops to follow to make the topic a policy .



These corresponds are the formulation stage, legislative stage, and the implementation stage.

The formulatin stage of the policy process is the first stage and it is the most difficult because it consists of proposing, debating, and drafting actions for a policy or a law. Laws and polices has a series of steps that it has to go by dint of before there is a final decision made as to the policy being final. In the formulation stage there are outcomes and goals that are set on the policy or policies. These purposes and goals of the policy can include, but are not limited to improving the status of health care, more railway line opportunities, etc. This stage consists of all the ideas, concepts, and information of process of making the policy.
