According to Wikipedia, Maslows pecking order of requests is a theory in psychology, proposed by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper A Theory of Human Motivation. Maslow subsequently broad the idea to take on his observations of humans innate curiosity. His theories parallel many separate theories of human developmental psychology, all of which focus on describing the stages of outgrowth in humans.
Hierarchy five needs are: Physiological, safety, belonging, measure and self-actualization.
1. Physiological needs- are the basic requirements for human physical survival. They include such essentials as food, water, shelter, oxygen, and sleep. (Air, food, drink, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep, etc.)
2. Safety needs People postulate to control and order in their lives. (Protection from elements, security, order, law, limits, stability)
3. Belonging needs  longings for an suggest relationship with another person as well as the need to belong to a group and to feel accepted. (Work group, family, affection, relationships.)
4. applaud needs- Self-esteem is the feeling that one is worthwhile, competent, and independent. The esteem of others involves the feeling that other people respect and appreciate the person. 5. Self-actualization needs psyche growth and fulfillment realizing. Needs associated with realizing ones entire potential, the person focuses on doing what he or she is meant to do in life his or her talents and abilities to their fullest extent. (Personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences.)
