Abstract
The learning styles and Multiple Intelligences can give you an judicial decision of your strengths and weaknesses, and express the correlation between multiple intelligence operation strengths and your capacity to be an effective communicator, as well as the direction in which we communication in a business environment.
Effective Communication
Human intelligence is defined as a bio-psychological say-so to process information that can be activated in a cultural setting to solve problems or realize products that are of value in culture. According to the philosopher John Locke, your melodic theme is a tabula rasa, because you are born with innate multiple psychical abili bonds and you can develop them (www.wiziq.com, 2012).
On or about July 6, 2012, I took the Birmingham Multiple Intelligence Assessment. The multiple intelligence theory was detect in 1983 by Harvard professor and psychologist Howard Gardner. This type of test was actual in order to expound on the fact that gentlemankind beings have many facets to their intelligence, and Gardner felt that the traditional I.Q. tests that measure human intelligence was very limiting.



Currently, there are eight intelligence that measure human ability and they are:

Naturalistic Nature Smart

My multiple intelligence test results were a little surprising. However, my three intelligence styles were; linguistic, there was a tie for second place interpersonal and intrapersonal; and third was musical.
