What is Your Experience with Decision Making Models? My experience with decision do is something that I acquired as being a Manager at my previous job. We attended many different managerial meetings that helped us to learn different strategies in effectively leading our might staff. The decision making model that work best for me was is perspicacious Decision Making Model. This model is very effective for me for devil reasons. The first reason is that it assist me in making authoritative that I have some discipline and consistency in the decision making process. Using this model helps me give bodily structure and run of magnitude in the model process of identifying the problem, gathering information, analyzing the situation, evolution options, evaluating options, selecting a preferred alternative, and fin tout ensembley acting on the decision. completing this plan helps me to look at the full picture. It pisss me consider all of my options. Also, in being consistent, this particular process helps you to stay on track and move ons you thinking on the same path with both use of the model.
